the location was quite convenient. it was near mosques and the grand bazaar. the neighborhood was also nice and close to the metro , once you locate it.

the towels were very old , once i took a shower. the hair dryer was not very good , so it is better to bring your own.

the location was great very close to attractions i walked to hagia sophia and the bazaar easily. the staff were helpful omer murat and mohammed provided assistance. the hotel kept rooms clean daily it felt safe . the value for money was good

the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay i especially appreciated the team at reception for their attentiveness. breakfast service was available each morning with a variety of options provided by the kitchen staff i found them to be efficient. the housekeeping ladies ensured the rooms were well kept

The location was superb. It was a short walk to main attractions. there were great eating places nearby. The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. I really recommend the airport transfer the hotel arranged. It was smooth and stress-free.

The room was a bit dusty. the room faced the stairs and cleaning supplies were there.
